At Faith in the Body, we guide women into a deeper understanding of their physiology—through movement, education, and care that honors how the female body works and the real experiences women live through.
We speak to what can be known—how tissues adapt, how the pelvis bears weight, how hormones and breath shape healing across a woman’s life.
But we also hold space for what remains unseen—for the mystery of healing, and for the quiet, faithful repair that isn’t always linear or measurable.
It started with my own traumatic injury—a near-death accident at 21 left me fighting for my life, and I had massive multi-systemic healing in front of me. I had to relearn how to walk and talk, read and write, and spent years deeply engrossed in both highly medicalized and holistic healing alike.
And even at the best medical (and integrated) establishments, my womanhood was ignored. No one checked in on my cycle. My rehab was founded on studies done on male bodies. And the words “nervous system” or “supporting fertility” never came out of anyone’s mouth.
So I got back on my feet, hit the books, and 10 years later, opened a well-woman care practice that has now served thousands of women.
Turns out, the answer is not just hormones. It’s not just nutrition. It’s not just movement or sleep or the right medical intervention. It's the literacy of all of these things, and the knowing how to apply them in your female body.
Optimal women’s health rests largely in seeing the connection between fields of medicine and holistic health, gathering resources and working with the truth of your physiology—
